My visit here was so good that I had to commemorate it with making my first ever review to be about here! Angy was a godsend servicing us and was always there before you could even think of needing a refill. We ordered chicken alfredo, a rigatoni since it was a helpful recommendation from our server, and a tiramisu. I would stongly encourage everyone that hasnt eaten here to go visit!!!

The service was extremely disappointing. I’m not sure whether it was related to race or not, but my family has never been treated this poorly at a restaurant. This review is directed at one specific server who chose to ignore our table for most of the evening. We repeatedly asked for refills and bread, first politely and then several more times, yet she acted as if we weren’t there. When she finally returned, she slammed the cups down in front of my parents, which was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. If you don’t want to be at work, that’s your choice, but customers should not have to experience that frustration. A server’s job is to make guests feel welcome and respected. I also noticed that many of the guests around us were offered refills, to-go drinks, and birthday desserts, while our requests were ignored. It was my family member’s birthday, and even after asking multiple times about a birthday cake—offering to pay for it if necessary—I was completely ignored. As a Hispanic family, it was difficult not to notice the difference in how we were treated compared to others around us. My first visit to this location to dine in: Family of 5, seated immediately on a Sunday evening - the food was all pretty delicious, hot and fresh. Our service from Esti was thoughtful and offered with a smile. Ordered Manicotti, Greek Salad, Lasagna, Large Pizza, Calamari and Cheese sticks…all smiles at our table! And the price for all that food and drinks pleased our wallet as well. Sorry, but we tore into our food before I could get photos

Love this place. I’ve ordered from Roma’s several times and have never had a bad meal. Their wings are the right amount of crispy and juicy. The mozzarella sticks and pizza are also both very tasty. However, the star of the show for me was the chicken Alfredo! I’ve ordered it multiple times and it is absolutely delicious. They give you large portions and it is reasonably priced for the quality and amount of food. Roma’s has become one of my go to comfort meals!

I used to come here at least once a week years ago. Came in tonight, boy I guess I ordered too late. They were sweeping the kitchen where the To go orders were sitting atop a appliance I started to tell them nevermind...give me my money back. Then I get my food, I bread is thick and dry...so the lady (that is probably an owner) slapped some butter and parmesean on top and crew was still sweeping and mt bread was open!!!. Huh, that crap was not fresh. I don't like people sweeping around my food nor do I like spaghetti smpthered in ungodly amt of marinara sauce!!! The meat ball that i ate tasted like U a large Vienna weenie...dont know!!.. Think they were frozen!!! money is really hard to come by and especially for poor food at best..threw it away...very disappointed. Has really gone down hill.
